Precision
Clear definitions, sound methods, and transparent assumptions create work that can be trusted.
U.S.-Based Analytics & Advisory
Elarva Insights helps growing consumer and product-driven businesses turn performance, product, planning, and customer data into clear insights and better commercial decisions.
Our point of view
Product-driven organizations often have more information than alignment. Metrics compete, definitions drift, and reporting grows without making the next decision easier.
Elarva brings analytical rigor and commercial context together—clarifying the evidence, isolating what matters, and translating findings into direction leaders and teams can act on.
Clear definitions, sound methods, and transparent assumptions create work that can be trusted.
Complex evidence is organized into a coherent view of what is happening and why.
Analysis is carried through to the choice, priority, or operating move it should inform.

About Elarva Insights
A U.S.-based analytics and advisory firm for product-driven businesses navigating complex commercial decisions.
Elarva Insights works at the intersection of business performance, product strategy, planning, and customer understanding. The work is especially relevant to growing consumer businesses—including fashion and apparel, accessories, e-commerce, and other SKU-driven organizations—that need stronger analytical decision support without building a full internal analytics or planning function.
Our role is to make connected product, inventory, customer, and financial signals visible and useful: establishing a precise evidence base, communicating a clear point of view, and defining the actions the analysis supports.
Maryam ZolfagharFounder, Elarva Insights
Elarva Insights was founded by an analytics professional with an M.S. in Merchandising & Consumer Analytics, an Executive MBA, and a B.S. in Mathematics. Her background spans business analysis, strategic planning, forecasting, merchandising and consumer analytics, and data-driven decision support.
How we work
A disciplined analytical process keeps the work focused, transparent, and useful to the people making the decision.
Define the question, decision owner, business context, constraints, and standard for a useful answer.
Align definitions, assess data quality, and identify the inputs that are material to the decision.
Separate signal from noise, test relevant relationships, and determine what explains the outcome.
Build a concise point of view that connects the evidence to business meaning.
Define practical priorities, choices, or next steps with assumptions made explicit.
Start a conversation
Share the question, performance issue, or planning challenge in front of your team. A useful first conversation starts with the business context—not a finished scope.
