Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, Elarva Insights may collect your name, work email address, company information, area of interest, inquiry content, and any optional file you choose to upload. Hosting providers may also generate limited technical logs needed to operate and protect the website.
How information is used
Information is used to review and respond to inquiries, understand the requested analytical or advisory need, communicate about potential or active services, maintain the reliability and security of the inquiry process, and meet applicable operational or legal requirements.
Uploaded files
Files are optional. Upload only information you are authorized to share and avoid including unnecessary personal, confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive data. Uploaded files are used to evaluate or respond to the related inquiry or to deliver agreed services.
Service providers
Elarva Insights uses third-party infrastructure and service providers to support website hosting, database storage, file storage, security, and related site operations. These providers may process information on Elarva’s behalf as necessary to provide those services.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, deliver agreed services, or meet legal and operational obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect submitted information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Sale and disclosure of information
Elarva Insights does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers supporting site operations, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a business transaction involving the firm.
Cookies and analytics
Elarva Insights does not currently use advertising cookies or an owner-installed website analytics platform. Essential technical data may still be processed by hosting and security infrastructure to deliver and protect the site.
Your choices and privacy questions
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements. Use the website inquiry form, select “Other,” and identify the message as a privacy request.
Changes to this policy
