Cancellation, refunds and monthly service
You may cancel this agreement and request a 100% refund within 48 hours after your payment is confirmed, even if work has already started. A request submitted within this period remains eligible while awaiting review. After 48 hours, refunds are not ordinarily available unless separately authorized or required by applicable law. Each new monthly agreement and payment has its own independent 48-hour refund window. Policy version 72, effective October 17, 2026, applies prospectively to new agreements. Previously accepted agreements and payments retain their original refund terms.
This agreement applies only to the specified monthly service period. It does not renew automatically. Any subsequent month requires a new agreement, new signatures, and a separate payment. Monthly scope, fee and dates require owner approval and both parties’ signatures. Signing is subject to separate activation; unapproved drafts do not create obligations.
